Landscapes in Oil

This collection is of scenes of farms and gardens, as well as of views accessible from the Bay Trail. I'm grateful in particular for access provided by working farms through the efforts of Yolo Art & Ag. Farms are busy places; artists traipsing through and standing around the farm while it is in full operation - with large farm equipment and workers in constant motion - may not be conducive to production. Yet owners and workers alike have shown interest in our works and have made us feel welcome. Without such support, most farmland views are mostly inaccessible to artists. Standing by roadways while semis and other large vehicles drive at high speeds is not a highly recommended venture, even for art's sake.
