Parklands in Oil

Parks provide a place for respite, especially for urban dwellers like me, and space for contemplation. I draw strength not only from ancient trees and ephemera of nature found in these places, but from the work of activists who successfully preserved them for successive generations. I feel gratitude as I engage deeply with the scenery.
